What's it all about?

Discover the world of Science and kick-start your fascinating career. With both practical and written work, these courses offer good preparation for your future and progression onto further study. You will get hands on experience in the fully equipped laboratory, where you will develop their scientific skills.

Is it for me?

Whether you’re inspired by the physical and natural world or curious about criminal and forensic investigations, our courses will prepare you for your future and help to achieve your goals. Providing you have an interest in Science and have previously studied the subject, you will be suitable for these courses.

What will I do?

In addition to covering topics such as Biology, Chemistry, Forensic & Criminal Investigation, you will learn and develop other general skills, including how to write assignments, how to deal with potentially dangerous equipment, health and safety in the work place, and much more. You can learn in a professional environment with like-minded students with similar interests, and receive tutoring from well experienced teachers.

What can I do next?

You could progress onto further study or go into a science related job role or into an apprenticeship. Job roles include new product testing, hospital laboratory work, product development and quality control, food science and scientific research. You'll come away with an (even more) intrigued and fascinated mind and all the skills you'll need to move on to higher education and your career.
