Milton Keynes College welcomes students from all backgrounds and communities.  Our aim for everyone who studies with us is that they gain a professional specialism as well as personal growth.

Our study programmes are fundamental to our careers strategy: they are designed to deliver qualifications, technical skills as well as the knowledge that employers and universities are looking for.  We do this with on-site interactive learning environments, such as The Brasserie our award-winning restaurant, a meaningful work experience programme and a blended learning ethos.

Our relationship with local businesses allows us to embed into our courses the universal qualities employers look for in their staff.  It also means we gain an excellent understanding of the labour market and can help students make informed career decisions based on prospects, pay levels and job security.
All students are encouraged and supported by their tutors and the dedicated Student Services department to take their next step after college. Clear progression routes from college to university, an apprenticeship or employment are provided for all students.

These are just some of the reasons why 95% of our students progress onto further study or employment.  This is supported through our Ofsted Good rating, with the report making particular mention of how we prepare our students for their onward journeys.
