Where star chefs and waiters of the future are born
The Brasserie, the College’s commercial restaurant on the Bletchley campus, is open to the general public, staff and students for lunch and dinner. All dishes are freshly prepared and served by our students under the guidance of our industry professional Head Chef and Restaurant Manager.
In 2017, The Brasserie received the prestigious AA College Rosette: Highly Commended award to build on previous rosettes received in 2015 and 16 as well as Gold Accreditation from People1st, recognising the exemplary training of new talent alongside excellent service. In addition, The Brasserie has been rated as a Centre of Excellence on TripAdvisor since 2015 thanks to numerous outstanding reviews.
To add to your dining experience, you can watch what’s happening in the kitchen via a live weblink and our trainee chefs will come to get personal feedback from you at the end of your meal.
Students trained here have gone on to work at many renowned establishments including Le Manoir Aux Quat’Saisons, The Savoy, The Grand Hotel Kempinski in Geneva and The Lanesborough Hotel in London.
We promote the use of local seasonal ingredients, traditional techniques but twist this with a modern creative flair. The menu, is changed every term, so there’s always something new to tempt your taste buds.

Tuesday – Friday 10am-3pm (bookings 12pm-1:30pm)
Tuesday – Thursday 5pm-10pm (bookings 5:30pm-8pm)
Please be aware that The Brasserie is closed between Monday 3rd and Tuesday 18th April due to the College's Easter Holidays. Check out our new spring menu from Wednesday 19th April.
