MK College has announced changes to its Senior Leadership Team.
Dr Julie Mills, former Principal and Chief Executive is now CEO and Group Principal. Julie will govern the whole College strategy; integrating its Prison Services Education provision. She will be supported by a newly reformed Executive Leadership Team and a reformed Senior Leadership Team.
“These changes are an important step forward in MK College’s strategy. The College is the largest Further Education and training provider in Milton Keynes but it also delivers education in prisons across England. By taking a more holistic view of our whole provision we will be in a better position to strengthen our offering, to innovate and to explore new avenues of growth”, said Dr Julie Mills, CEO and Group Principal.
Julie Mills, is highly regarded in education, skills, social justice and diversity. A regular on the BBC, ITV, Huffington Post, Times Educational Supplement etc., she is the National Centre for Diversity’s Principal of the Year and chairs the Helena Kennedy Foundation. Julie is a champion for all things Milton Keynes, an ardent fan of the Milton Keynes Dons and a trustee of the MK Dons Sport and Education Trust.
