The Diploma offers you additional breadth of knowledge to expand your knowledge and understanding of the key areas of HR practice. Change is a fundamental element across the workplace, especially in these difficult times and having the skills and knowledge to help you support people and your organisation to get through it safely is a real plus. Similarly, people need to be able to develop their skills, and coaching and mentoring is becoming the favoured way of doing this. If you already have your certificate in HR Practice then you can simply add on the additional units and achieve Diploma by studying both the additional units described below.
