Is it for me?
This course is ideal for part-time learners currently in employment, who are either already working in the catering industry, or are looking to move into it. You could also be a mature learner, wanting to take your career in a different direction.
Throughout this qualification you will be supervised by specialist staff and assessed on your occupational competence. You will also be assessed through practical observations, and a theory based workbook.
Students will be required to purchase the relevant course handbook and MK College uniform.
