What will I do?

Join us at the Claire Clark Academy to learn the art of making laminated doughs to produce your own delicious Croissants and Danish Pastries. Each recipe will be demonstrated for you by our expert pastry chef and everything you and your classmates make can be taken home. You will be given guidance and instruction to hone your skills in a friendly and fun learning environment.

Classes will vary in size but with no more than 14 learners in each session to give you the best possible enhanced learning experience.

We will provide;

  • A Claire Clark Academy Apron (for you to keep)
  • A recipe booklet
  • Cake boxes to take away your home made treats
