Join us at the Claire Clark Academy to learn how to make your own delicious hand rolled chocolate truffles, using the finest quality Cacao Barry couverture chocolate. You will learn the art of tempering chocolate and how to make luscious smooth ganache in a variety of flavours.
Each recipe will be demonstrated for you and everything you and your classmates make can be taken home to enjoy. You will be given guidance and instruction to hone your skills in a friendly and fun learning environment.
Classes will vary in size but with no more than 14 learners in each session to give you the best possible enhanced learning experience.
We will provide:
A Claire Clark Academy apron (for you to keep)
A recipe booklet
Boxes to take away your home-made treats.
