Applicants must have lived in the EU for the last three years, currently reside in England, with a postcode outside of Greater Manchester, Liverpool City, Cambridge & Peterborough, Tees Valley, and the West Midlands. Please contact providers in your local area for alternative options.

Applicants aged 24+ do not require any prior academic qualifications, but need a reasonable level of English language ability in order to complete a distance learning course.

Applicants aged 19-23 are eligible for this free course if they have already achieved a full Level 2 qualification or equivalent. Please contact us for clarification if required.

This qualification requires three to four hours of study each week using the distance learning workbooks. In addition you will be required to successfully complete the tutor marked written assessments as evidence of achievement. This course takes ten weeks to complete. You can start the course at any time of the year.

The course requires three assessments to be completed and passed to achieve the qualification.
