What will I do?

You will develop your technical baking skills in our industry-standard Claire Clark Academy patisserie kitchen. You will expand your knowledge of produce and ingredients as well as the skills used to prepare, cook and finish bakery and patisserie products. You will become aware of environmental sustainability and develop commercial skills, all of which are highly valued by employers.

What's next?

Once you’ve successfully completed this course you’ll be perfectly positioned to progress to Bakery & Patisserie Advanced. Here you’ll be able to further develop your technical skillset, working more independently and getting creative with your creations.

Is it for me?

Got a passion for all things patisserie? Want to learn how to create intricate but edible pieces? This course will offer you support and guidance to grow both your technical skill in the kitchen and your personal study skills. You must be dedicated to your learning, think logically and be able to take direction in a often heated environment.
