Course detail

How much will I have to study each week?

Approximately 16 hours per week in class. In addition, there will be online tasks set for independent study.

You can expect to be in college three days per week and classes will normally be between 9am and 4.30pm.

Do I need to purchase anything?

How will I be assessed?

You are continually assessed throughout the course by practical and theory activities, together with portfolio work.

Functional Skills are assessed by online exams and students will be given guidance and support to achieve these.

How will my progress be monitored?

Your learning journey is tracked through your practical and theory classes, group tutorials, one to one review meetings and measurable targets. You will have a personal tutor who will support you with your studies.
