What is an Apprenticeship?
Apprenticeships are specialist work-based training programmes for anyone aged 16+, from those just leaving school, to those who have some work experience but are looking to change or further their career. An apprenticeship will allow you to learn specialist skills, relevant to the area that you want to work in, whilst earning a wage. You're essentially learning on the job, with a bit of learning at College on the side! So weather you are 16 or 46, an apprenticeship is a great opportunity to develop your workplace skills.
