Apprenticeships combine work-related practical skills with theoretical knowledge, enabling apprentices to learn all the skills necessary for the job role and to gain relevant nationally-recognised qualifications. They will enable your business to support the development of a person entering employment for the first time, or for up-skilling existing staff already employed within the company.

Through the National Apprenticeship Service (NAS) we can offer a dedicated service in supporting with the recruitment of Apprentices. This includes advertising the vacancy on the National Apprenticeship Service recruitment website and supporting with shortlisting applicants for you to interview.
Apprenticeship Grants of £1500 for each recruited Apprentice may be available to you as an employer and we would be able to advise individual businesses in relation to eligibility criteria.
