What will I do?

Murder Day

Will you identify the suspect on Murder Day?
Every year students get involved in an exciting Murder Day trial, where all those studying academic subjects participate in a two-day fictional criminal investigation.  Forensic Science students analyse the crime scene, Psychology students create criminal profiles and Sociology students interrogate suspects.  This is followed by a mock trial with both Defence and Prosecution calling on expert witnesses to help their case.  We even have a judge and jury.

Find you inner entrepreneur

Join the Young Enterprise programme to get a taste of setting up and running your own business. Got a great business idea? You could even enter the Young Entrepreneur of the Year awards. Students often go on to study for the Enterprise exam, giving them useful extra UCAS points when applying to university.

What can I do next?

From here you can go on to study A Levels with our Sixth Form, enter the workplace in a job or Apprenticeship or even go on to specialise with vocational full-time course.
