Youth Work Team

There is a dedicated Youth Work Team at Milton Keynes College whose aim is to create an informal and social learning environment through a wide range of enrichment activities, such as music, urban art and festival events, sports clubs, student council, student prom, charity work and the Millennium Volunteer programme.

The Youth Work Team is on hand across all campuses to work with all students to ensure college life provides a rewarding and fun environment, where you can nurture your own personal talents and realise individual goals, alongside the advancement of your academic abilities.

The Youth Work Team work alongside and support all students to:

  • provide access to facilities such as music, pool, sports equipment and social games
  • plan and organize activities and events that allow students to socialize, participate and entertain, including sports clubs, charity events and music workshops
  • increase opportunities for student participation across college life through student council
  • be available to talk, advise and help in the areas where students hang out
