Customer Services
The Customer Services Team support students through all aspects of College life. The team provides:
- reception services
- student admissions
- guidance & assessments
- interviews
- enrolments.
The team deals with general enquiries, gives information, adviceĀ and guidance, and processes student enrolments. The team also has qualified advisors who offer an impartial and confidential service to students. Their aim is to help you on the road to success in your learning.
Admissions Information & Enquiries is open:
Mon-Thur: 8.30 am - 5pm
Friday: 8.30am - 4.30pm
Reception
The College reception staff will provide you with information and a variety of services, including the sale of stationery, stamps, bus cards, and photocopying cards. They will also process your enrolment and examination entries, and they handle lost property. If you are unsure about anything, reception is a great first place to start and the staff will always be happy to help.
Please note that at this time, there are no customer services staff based at Kiln Farm Campus.
