The Customer Services Team support students through all aspects of College life. The team consists of:
- Reception services
- Course Information and Enquiries Desk
Reception
The College reception staff will provide you with information and a variety of services, including the sale of stationery, stamps, and bus cards. They will also process your enrolment and examination entries, and they handle lost property. If you are unsure about anything, reception is a great first place to start and the staff will always be happy to help.
Reception opening hours are (term time):
Monday - Thursday: 08:00am - 19:00pm
Fridays: 08:00am - 16:30pm
(Please note: There is no evening Reception service during student holiday periods)
Course Information and Enquiries Desk
The course information and enquiries team will be happy to provide you with information on all the college's part time and full time courses. This is a great first place to start if you want to know more about the types of courses we offer or need further information on how to apply and the staff will always be happy to help.
Course Information & Enquiries Desk is open:
Monday - Thursday: 09:00am - 13:30pm and 14:00pm - 17:00pm
Fridays: 09:00am - 13:30pm and 14:00pm - 16:30pm
