“Our mission is to be an outstanding College at the heart of our city: nuturing ambition and delivering success.”

Childcare

The College provides childcare in its (Ofsted Registered) Early Years Nursery based at the College's Chaffron Way campus.

The College has developed this nursery facility to provide childcare for babies and is now able to cater for children aged 4 months – 5 years. The nursery benefits from excellent, well-trained staff, new, attractive nursery accommodation and close links with the College’s Early Years Care & Education Training Department.

The College is also able to assist students with finding childcare provision through the Childminding Network. If you require more information regarding nursery places, please contact the Childcare Manager on 01908 684462.

The Childminding Network

The College works with registered childminders who have experience of providing students with professional quality childcare in a home-based environment.

The network is coordinated by a qualified childcare practitioner who meets with the childminders to offer support and advice. The network recruits registered childminders who provide a professional quality service for children aged 0 to 14 years old. The childminders offer similar activities to a nursery or other childcare provider, however, due to low adult/child ratios, they can also offer outings and trips in the local area.

If you require information about childminding, please contact the College Childcare Manager on 01908 684462.

If you want to find out about financial support available for childcare, please contact the Childcare Financial Administrator on 01908 684462.

Alternative Providers

If you are unable to use the above provision, further childcare information can be obtained from Milton Keynes Council Childcare Information Service on 0800 035 0335.
