Cécile specialises in powerful HR and Learning & Development interventions. With over 17 years’ experience working in senior roles for big corporate organisations/FMCGs, she combines sound generalist HR knowledge with Learning & Development and coaching expertise. Her approach is tailored, to ensure her interventions are productive and engaging.
After university, Laurence worked over a 15-year period in marketing at Unilever, Mars and Diageo, culminating in the position of Guinness GB Marketing Director. During this time Laurence realised that the unlikely secret to moving successfully in a new strategic direction in the marketplace is to shift internal behaviours and beliefs. This became a passion of his and he started up his own agency Glorious Day to use his insight to help others achieve commercial breakthroughs.
ThinkingCX works directly with decision makers and business owners to examine their customer experience and help them communicate the value of their business. She has extensive experience of enabling clients to deliver joined-up brand and marketing programmes and is an expert in customer-focused design and communication strategy.
Jonathan’s wealth of experience in Management Development spans over 27 years. In all his work he brings enthusiasm and a real desire to help people transform themselves through learning. Jonathan has a passion for developing personal and management skills and he combines NLP techniques and more traditional ideas to create lively and highly valued training.
Jacqueline is the Director of Jardine-White Consulting which provides high quality holistic Human Resources and Learning & Development solutions for small, medium and large businesses, focusing on offering services and products that are tailored to meet the specific needs of the customer. She blends an intuitive approach with her depth of knowledge, qualifications and experience to support her clients in realising and achieving their goals.
Keith is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt who is passionate about Lean and Continuous Improvement. He initially trained as an engineer before moving into senior operations roles. Keith is currently developing his own business as an independent consultant.
Debbie has been a trainer, coach and facilitator for over 17 years. She draws on plenty of practical experience to enable individuals and groups to create realistic and actionable solutions which resolve issues, drive performance and achieve sustainable results. Her supportive, yet challenging style, coupled with her gentle humour, leads people to develop their own self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
Karen is a curious and innovative individual who has not followed a conventional career path. She started working in banking for Standard Chartered Bank and, on returning from living in South Africa for 2 years, joined Coca Cola and Schweppes Customer Service Team where she was promoted to a Co-ordinator position - which involved managing a team and dealing with personnel administration and issues for the department. Karen then moved into HR in the financial sector for an SME.
