Where star chefs and waiters of the future are born
The Brasserie, the College’s newly refurbished commercial training restaurant on the Bletchley campus, is open to the general public for lunch and dinner. All dishes are freshly prepared and served by our students under the guidance of our industry professional Head Chef and Restaurant Manager, Sarah King. Students trained here have gone on to work at many renowned establishments including Le Manoir Aux Quat’Saisons, The Savoy, The Grand Hotel Kempinski in Geneva and The Lanesborough Hotel in London.
We use seasonal ingredients, traditional techniques and modern flair, and the menu, designed by the Head Chef and students, is changed every term, so there’s always something new to tempt your taste buds.
To add to your dining experience, you can watch what’s happening in the kitchen via a live weblink.
The Brasserie caters for special events, including business breakfasts, meetings, afternoon tea and private functions, and holds up to fifty people seated and eighty standing for a canapé reception.
All events can be tailor-made to your requirements with your personal touch. To make things simple for party organisers, we’ve selected the best dishes from the menu and created a group menu at a set price. This offer is valid for group bookings of ten guests or more.
