Due to the retirement of the current Principal & Chief Executive, the Board of Governors is seeking to appoint a new open, inspirational and values-driven leader. We are a successful, £40 million college serving one of the fastest growing cities in the UK and seek a leader with a strong record of achievement and vision to deliver continued success to our students. 

Milton Keynes College is one of the fastest growing Colleges in the UK having achieved significant growth in turnover from £15m to £40m in the last ten years as well as achieving a 26 percentage point improvement in overall success rates over the past five years.  We require an open, inspirational, values-driven leader to deliver continued success to students, employers and the wider Milton Keynes community in this new economic and educational landscape.

The College is based on four campuses and is also a lead provider in Offender Learning delivering 393,000 hours in thirteen prisons. The College has also taken the strategic lead in establishing the University Centre Milton Keynes, a bold and innovative first step towards a university for our city.
