You may already have experience of teaching Motor Vehicle or instead you might well be from the Motor Vehicle industry and exploring an opportunity to pass on your skills to tomorrow's Motor Vehicle Professionals.

The College also holds the contract to deliver the Offenders' Learning and Skills Service at various prisons and young offenders institutions.
An Exciting Opportunity
The Motor Vehicle Department at Milton Keynes College is expanding to meet the needs of the employers of Milton Keynes and the surrounding area. As a result of the growth the department we are looking for a Lecturer to teach across a range of Motor Sport and Motor Vehicle programmes including the BTEC First Diploma, BTEC National Diploma, VRQ 1, VRQ 2, schools 14-16, C&G 3901 and apprenticeship frameworks.
As the successful candidate you will:
• Hold a Level 3 Motor Vehicle qualification and have proven experience in the Motor Vehicle industry.
• Have proven experience of course development and delivery to Level 2 in Motor Vehicle.
• Ideally hold a relevant teaching qualification (DTTLS, PGCE, Cert Ed).
• Have proven experience of running programmes of learning and delivering good success rates.
• Ideally hold verifier/assessor awards (A1, V1, D32, D33).
• Have well-developed interpersonal skills and have the ability to work as part of a team and on their own initiative.
• Have good organisational skills and be able to meet deadlines.
