A little bit about what you do at the College?

Manage the Hotel, Catering and Hospitality dept.

Maintain a dynamic and enthusiastic team of 20 staff, including lecturers, technicians and administrators. Improving services and training offered to the local community and strive to maintain the high standards we have set for ourselves and our students.

Big on diversity and equality, encouraging our students to participate in national competitions to increase the students' experience and education, and to raise awareness of the College.

We currently train 120 full-time students, 20 part-time students and 100 Work-Based Learning and Train2Gain students.

Manage the College's popular training restaurant "The Chef in Waiting."
