This is a very exciting time at Milton Keynes College. Following the appointment of our new Principal, Dr Julie Mills, in February, the Executive Leadership Team has been working with colleagues to transform our College from Satisfactory to Outstanding.
This values based change agenda places the quality of teaching and learning and student success at the heart of all that we do at Milton Keynes College. Our focus on improvement and the drive to provide the best possible learning experience for our students has been underpinned by a restructure of the College's Curriculum and Quality Directorate. New roles have been developed placing the focus on leadership, enterprise, innovation, students and learning. Together we are shaping a culture which is both ‘can do' and accountable.
Within our new structure we have identified many talented colleagues who are enthused and engaged by the challenge ahead and we are looking for more. We are delighted to advise of the this exciting opportunity for a talented, enterprising, ambitious and determined education professional.
And it's not just what you do but how you do it that's important. As a member of the College's Middle Leadership Team you will invest your time and energy in releasing and developing leadership capacity within your Department and across the Curriculum and Quality Directorate. You will empower colleagues, bring about excellence in learning and contribute to a shared purpose and common set of goals.
If you want to be part of our drive for excellence; if you have energy, commitment and a passion for learning; a determination to succeed and to help others succeed and you can work not just with a sense of purpose but also with a sense of fun, we would love to hear from you.
