English for Speakers of Other Languages
| Programme Overview |
This programme supports employees in developing English speaking and listening skills, where English is not their first language. Bespoke programmes can be delivered in the workplace to groups of employees and designed to meet employer needs. Employers can support the programme by providing materials relevant to the company and the learner. The learning approach is part-time classroom based with learning resources for different levels of learners. |

This programme is suitable for employees where English is not their first language and who need to improve their skills in communication and understanding of English. |

This programme usually comprises of 1 module – Speaking and Listening. Reading and writing can also be offered. The programme is delivered in the classroom environment using real situations and situations in the workplace, as well as ESOL curriculum materials. |

Move on Maths Level 1 and 2
| Programme Overview |
This programme supports employees in developing their numeracy skills to meet the needs of the workplace. Bespoke programmes can be delivered in the workplace to a group of employees and delivered at times to suit both employees and the employer, including changeable times to suit shift patterns. The learning approach is part-time classroom based. |

| Participant Profile |
This programme is suitable for employees who want to improve their basic numeracy skills, obtain necessary numerical skills for the workplace or to gain the necessary skills and qualifications required for promotion. |
| Programme Content |
This programme covers; everyday maths, working with fractions, percentages and decimal numbers, using metric measurements of weight, distance and capacity, basic geometry, collecting, using and displaying data, ratio and probability. |
