Programme Overview

This programme is designed to enable individuals and businesses to comply with the Electricity at Work Regulations.  The City & Guilds 2377-002 is for personnel whose roles include or could include taking responsibility for performing a range of tests of electrical equipment certifying this equipment as safe to use.

Delivery Approach Short course – 2 days.
Qualification City & Guilds 2377 Code of Practice for in-service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment comprising of: City & Guilds 2337-002.  The Certificate for Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment.
Awarding Body City & Guilds.
Participant Profile

This programme is open to anyone looking to increase their knowledge in line with current legislation.  Successful delegates completing this programme will need to pass an externally set City & Guilds, multiple choice questionnaire examination.

Programme Content This programme covers the following modules: The Law and Scope of the Legislation, Safety Whilst Training, In-service Inspection and Testing, Routine Maintenance Tests, Practical Session and Assessment.
