This programme is suitable for those working in a service desk position who want to validate their skills and further their potential.
Delegates will learn a variety of skills to enable them to support users of Microsoft products, including operating system setup, monitoring, troubleshooting and configuring PC resources, setting up applications and configuring systems for users.
The programme is assessed by means of two Microsoft online exams.
