The NVQ Level 4 Learning and Development qualification is a recognised training qualification and is ideal for those who wish to have a higher level qualification in training and development, but are unable to attend a formal training programme. The NVQ route provides the flexibility of achieving a qualification. The candidate on successfully achieving the qualification will be awarded an Associate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
The programme comprises of 12 units. The learning approach is with assessor support to complete the 12 units. There is no examination for this qualification. Candidates are provided with course handbooks and 36 hours of assessment support.
