The Learning and Development NVQ Level 3 qualification is a recognised training qualification and ideal for those who wish to have a qualification but are unable to attend a formal training programme. The NVQ route provides the flexibility of achieving a qualification. The candidate on successfully achieving the qualification will be awarded an Associate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).The programme comprises of 11 units. There is no examination for this qualification. Candidates are provided with handbooks and 36 hours of assessment support.
