Programme Content This programme comprises of 3 modules covering the following topics: Explore equality and diversity in the UK, equal opportunities, social and individual characteristics, beliefs, values and attitudes, fostering diversity, promoting equality in the workplace.  Explore prejudice and discrimination and explore people’s rights and responsibilities. The learning approach is Distance Learning with tutorial support to complete assignments.  Candidates are provided with text based workbooks.
