Part-Time English Courses

General English daytime courses: 3-8 hours a week
Evening courses: 3-5 hours a week

Qualifications and Levels

We are a centre for the University of Cambridge English Examinations, the London Chamber of Commerce examinations and City and Guilds. These are internationally recognised qualifications. Cambridge qualifications are held in June.

English and ICT

For people who wish to use Information Technology in their studies or in a work-related context. The course provides an introduction to word-processing, spreadsheets and databases, and is suitable for students as all levels.

IELTS and English for Academic Purposes (Part-Time)

This exam preparation course will prepare you for an IELTS (International English Language Testing Systems) test.

This course is useful if you need to demonstrate your competence in the four areas of speaking, reading, writing and listening, for university entry or for other academic programmes or employment.

Business Chinese (Part-Time)

This course is aimed at professionals who would like to gain a better understanding of Chinese culture and language and to maximise business opportunities in one of the fastest growing markets.
