Instalments
If your course starts in September and the fee payable is over £50 it may be possible to pay in instalments as below:
Fees due of at least £50 but less than £100 may be paid as follows:
£20 deposit is payable at your enrolment session and the balance paid in two equal instalments on 15th November 2010 and 15th March 2011
Fees due of at least £100 or more may be paid as follows:
20% of the total fee is payable at your enrolment session with the balance paid in a equal monthly instalments, taken out over the period of the course, up to a maximum of nine payments.
Welfare/Benefits/Reduced Fees
If you are on a means-tested benefit, such as Job Seeker's Allowance, Income Support, Housing Benefit, Council Tax Benefit or Pension Credit Guarantee, you would be entitled to reduced fees.
If you are on Working Tax Credit with a total household annual income of less than £15,276 per year, you qualify for reduced fees.
Students aged 16-18
If you are aged 16 to 18 you don't have to pay any fees on most of our full and part-time courses.
Level 2 and Level 3 Offer
The Level 2 Entitlement offers free tuition for adults studying for their first full level 2 qualification (such as NVQ 2, City & Guilds Level 2, or a Foundation Diploma). This means you will only have to pay the exam fee.
The Level 3 Entitlement is aimed at adults who have already studied to Level 2 – but have never progressed to Level 3. If you are not qualified to Level 3 you may be eligible for free tuition under this scheme.
The Level 3 Entitlement offers free tuition for adults aged between 19 - 25 years studying for their first full level 3 qualification (such as NVQ 3, A Levels, BTEC National Certificates/ Diplomas). This means you will only have to pay the exam fee.
